By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 21, or if you do not agree to the terms listed here, you may not use this website or place orders through it.
Short Creek Spirits reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you violate any of the terms or are found to be underage, your right to use this website is automatically terminated.
Arizona Shipping Only
Short Creek Spirits currently only ships alcohol within the state of Arizona. Orders placed for delivery outside Arizona will be canceled and refunded.
By placing an order on our website, you:
- Confirm that you and the recipient are at least 21 years of age
- Consent to our appointment of FedEx as a licensed common carrier to deliver the goods on your behalf
- Acknowledge that an adult signature and valid government-issued ID are required at the time of delivery
If no eligible recipient is available, the package will not be left and redelivery may be attempted. If delivery ultimately fails, restocking and shipping fees may apply (see below).
All Sales Are Final
Due to state liquor laws and the nature of our products, all sales of alcohol are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully package every order, but damage can occur during shipping.
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit if:
- Your item(s) arrive damaged
- You receive the wrong product
To request a replacement:
- Notify us within 3 business days of delivery
- Provide a clear photo of the unopened bottle(s), packaging, and shipping label
- Email us at with your order number and issue
If the item is out of stock, we may offer store credit for the item’s purchase price, including shipping you paid.
Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
If your package is returned due to:
- Failure to receive the order after multiple delivery attempts by FedEx
- Providing an incomplete or incorrect address
Then:
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded
- If your order originally included free shipping, a $40 deduction will be applied for shipping and handling
If the returned package is damaged during transit, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been packaged or shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing . We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Title and Ownership
All goods are sold in Arizona, and title to the goods passes to the purchaser at the time the package is handed over to FedEx. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your area for receiving alcoholic beverages.
Shipment Processing and Timing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
You will receive a FedEx tracking number once your order is shipped
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day
We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure successful delivery. You are responsible for reviewing your shipment upon arrival and notifying us of any issues promptly.
Limitation of Liability
Short Creek Spirits is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by FedEx
- Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
- Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any purchase is governed by the terms above. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
