Getting Here

A worthwhile detour on your Zion trip.

We sit in Colorado City, right on the Arizona–Utah line beside Hildale, tucked under the red rock of Water Canyon — about 40 minutes from Zion National Park and an easy stop between the parks.

• From Hildale, UT — 5 minutes, just across the state line.
• From Kanab, UT — about 40 minutes west on AZ-389.
• From St. George, UT — about 40 minutes east via UT-59.
• From Zion National Park — about 40 minutes, a scenic drive through Water Canyon country.

What to Expect

Small-batch spirits, poured where they’re made.

Pull up a seat and taste through the lineup — our juniper-forward Premium Dry Gin, a clean small-batch Vodka, approachable Whiskey and Bourbon, and both white and oak-aged Rum. Everything is distilled and bottled by hand here in Short Creek and proofed with our own Water Canyon spring water.
